The closing is the last step in the buying process.

There are many papers to be signed, usually at the escrow company. Many of these are simple papers, but some are quite complicated, I am always here to answer any questions that you may have, or I am also able to sit down with you to help.

In most cases, the last step is the closing, but not in your case. I am always here to assist you with any needs! I often help past clients with home warranty repairs, and the like.
